Morgantown website creator wins Communicator Award to distinguish itself as one of country's top designers.

Morgantown, PA--In its continuing strive for excellence in web site design and communication, First Impressions, Inc. has won two Awards of Distinction from the coveted Communicator Awards, an international competition honoring excellence in visual communications.

First Impressions garnered the Award of Distinction for two of its web sites: Artisan Door Works and Ruggieri Partners. Both sites were judged by the Communicator Awards panel as exceeding industry standards in communicating a message or idea.

According to First Impressions president Lynn Burkholder, winning a Communicator Award is truly a prestigious achievement, noting that the judging panel is a "jury of my peers." The Communicator Awards panel is comprised of communication professionals that look for companies or individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence, and whose work can serve as a benchmark for other designers.

The Artisan Custom Doorworks site presents Artisan's custom line of overhead doors; the Ruggieri Partners site highlights this upscale design firm's architecture, community planning and interior design capabilities. Both sites are judged within the top 20 percent of more than 3600 entries by the Communicator Award judges.
